Dear friend it is not IPSCC, its IPCC, Yes you can give the IPCC exam without the CPT exam directly students who are from commerce side must have a minimum of 50% to get into the IPCC directly and the students who are non commerce must have 60% to get into the IPCC. As after completing the IPCC the last stage is CA FINAL.

    Hello friend,

First you need to know that CPT is the first level to enter into CA, where as IPCC is the 2nd phase.
the procedure to enter into CA is as follows.

The first level in the process is CPT.This is of 200 marks which is usually held twice a year. The exam is conducted in the month of June and December. The results are usually declared within one month. You need at least 50 percent to proceed to level 2.

    The second level is IPCC.
A you need to first complete b.com and then clear the first level and then need to go for the next phase.

How can its possible, You Can not give IPSCC Exam(without CPT). After completing this course, you can get lots of opportunities and by your efforts and hard work you can easily achieve your aim.but for IPCC qualifying CPT is a necessary or a must. The b.com or any other bachelor marks are not considered in this course.it is an entry level exam , while IPCC is an intermediate level. After that you have a third phase-finals and It is good option for you .I hope you get success in your life.
    All the best.

Re: Can I give IPSCC Exam(without CPT) directly without completing B.Com with 50%?

you can directly give the IPCC exams after your B.Com. without giving the CPT exams.

The Central Council has approved the new announcement of allowing a Graduate student (B.com, B.Sc., BBA,etc) to directly join the IPCC course without writing CA-CPT Exam. The council announced that the eligibility criteria for the graduates to write IPCC directly is as under:

    1. In case of a Commerce Graduate 55%

    2. In case of a Non-Commerce Graduate 60%

and i am very sorry you can not appear in the IPCC exams.

    Hi friend

I think you are mentioning IPCC and not IPSCC
For that you must definitely complete your class 12 as well as cleared
    CPT-Common Proficiency test.

CPT is an entry level exam , while IPCC is an intermediate level.
After that you have a third phase-finals.

This exam is conducted twice a year.
In IPCC exam there are 8 subjects .
There are 2 papers with 4 subjects each. Each subject covers 100 marks.

In addition a candidate has to attend

    1.A business seminar

    2.Group discussion

    3.Computer practicals

    NO YOU CAN NOT
    The eligibility for IPCC is:

1.A candidate who has passed CPT and HSC may join the IPCC Course .

2.In addition, a student has to register and undergo orientation progrmme & 100 hours ITT before appearing in IPCC.

3.A candidate who has already passed Entrance Examination or Foundation Examination shall be eligible for enrolment to IPCC subject.

4.A candidate who was already registered for Intermediate Examination or of PE-II or Professional Competence Examination cum articleship shall be eligible for enrolment to IPCC subject .

Re: Can I give IPSCC Exam(without CPT) directly without completing B.Com with 50%?

No, it s not at all possible to appear for intermediate level examination (that is IPCC- Integrated Professional Competence ) Course without qualifying the first level of examination.
This provision is in Cost Accountant course but not in CA course. The procedure to become a Chartered Accountant can be explained as follows-

1)Firstly you have to appear for entrance examination that is CPT(Common Proficiency Test). After qualifying CPT, you would be eligible to register for the next level.
There are 200 objective type questions in CPT. The subjects from which questions are asked include- fundamentals of accountancy, economics, quantitative aptitude and mercantile law.
All of the subjects are asked for 50 marks each.

2)The second level is IPCC (Intermediate level of Examination). There are two groups and seven subjects in this exam. First consists of accountancy, cost accounting, financial management,
taxation and corporate law and ethics.Second group consists of accountancy, audit, strategic management and information technology. Each subject is asked for 100 marks each.

3)The third level is CA final exam which can be appeared only after qualifying IPCC.The final level also consists of two groups. But before that you have to complete three years of compulsory
article ship training. After qualifying Final exam, you can be a Chartered Accountant.

Re: Can I give IPSCC Exam(without CPT) directly without completing B.Com with 50%?

No my friend The IPCC course eligibility states that anyone who has completed or qualified the CA CPT exam and along with he or she has completed 10+2 from any discipline from a recognised university is eligible to apply for IPCC.

So for IPCC qualifying CPT is a necessary or a must. The b.com or any other bachelor marks are not considered in this course.
Also prior to the examination of IPCC or ATC( Accounting technician course) one has to get enrolled for the 100 hours orientation programme TTC.
So keep that in mind too.

    Good luck.
