I think you are not having a clear idea what to do with your diploma. as you said you did electronics and communication engineering in your diploma, then go for ECE branch in B.Tech. it will best opt to you.

you have already gained some knowledge in ECE side, then you can easily understand the topics in your engineering also.

you can get employment in to IT side as well as in electronics side also. so you have two chances in two different industries with ECE branch.

    Hi..,

    >>>>There is no much difference between B.E and B.Tech

    >>>>Both are almost same some universities call engineering course as B.E and rest of call them as B.Tech, other than that everything is same(syllabus).

    >>>>ECE is best choice for you

    >>>>E-CET is the qualification exam for Diploma students to enter to B.Tech(In A.P)

    >>>>You will directly join in 2nd year of B.Tech

    Dear friend,
There is not so much difference between B.E and B.Tech.Both degrees are equivalent to each other both holds same value.

There are so many exams for engg.Among them AIEEE and JEE are imp.

Through AIEEE you will get admission in NITs,and through JEE you will get admission in IITs.

You can appear for other state's entrance exams.

    Criteria for AIEEE and JEE:
    1.You should be Indian citizen.

    2.You should be 12th pass with PCM(physics,chemistry,maths).

3.IF you are appearing for 12th exam also can apply.

You can apply only 3 times for AIEEE and 2 times for JEE.

Other than these you can appear for VIT,Vellore;CPT by various states;CET for IP university.

But maxium colleges give admission through AIEEE exam.
