Dear..

Banks are of Two type :-
1. Government Banks
2. Private Banks

If you want to be a high level manager in the Banks then you have to go for Higher studies in Banking Sector and after that only you can get that post. You have to reach that post step by step and you can do that only by gaining a suitable amount of experience.

My advice to you is to do MBA from some reputed college in Finance or Banking

Eligibility :-

1. A graduation degree
2. Degree must be from a recognized university
3. No age limit
4. No special preference for any subject.
5. 50% marks are essential for admission
6. 45% in case of SC/ST

In government banks you have to go for entrance exams after your graduation and if you want to directly go to the higher post then you have to go for Post graduation first and after that you have to go for Banking entrance exam.

The Eligibility is as follows :-

Age limit :- 21-30
Relaxation to reserved category
Must be a graduate candidate.
Graduation must be done from a recognized university
Post graduation is required in case of Specialist officer
Any experience would be an added advantage
No subject bar
