I secured 59.99 percent score in m.b.a.(h.r) and want to clear the net exam...after qualifying this, could I eligible for teaching in management college.

Yes, you can certainly apply for the teaching jobs in the government colleges. Since you have a post graduation degree, you can apply for the NET exam. This conducted by the UGC. Based on the score secured in the NET exam you can apply for the jobs as per the vacancies available. But apart from the PG degree, you should also have around 2 years of teaching experience. You have mentioned that you are pursuing PhD course. If you complete the PhD course, you can directly apply for the teaching jobs in government colleges. In such cases, there is no need to attend the NET exam.
