Yes you can directly get admission in 2nd year in engineering after completing your B.Sc.

After completing graduation or any diploma any student can get admission directly in 2nd year in engineering degree.

All you need is just 50% marks in your graduation.

Many seats are vacant for graduates in engineering college.

If you scored more than 50% marks in your B.Sc you can apply for admission in engineering.
