Sir, i am in last semester of bsc. in microbiology , now i want to do msc. in microbiology. So please tell me which subject of microbiology is better for doing msc?

I have complet my bsc in (biotechonology&microbiology&chemistry) msc i can do msc bio chemistry

you may choose any feilds regarding but it should be depend on your interests, all the feilds are good themselves to brigthen your future.
but from my side you should go for genetics as its new and exploring throught overseas.
mostly it is related to health services you may be emmployed in hospitals,pharmaceutical companies, universities.
opportunities has increased in food and drink companies, health and beauty care, biotech and research consultancy services

M.sc. Biotech is best and there are very wide career in this field also.

Because after completing this course you can join any research center.

After completing M.sc biotech. you can get good jobs with high salary pacakage.
