no if u have backlog clear before final year and there is no year back one thing also that during campus u have also no backlog in 3rd year otherwise u r not allowed to attend the campus interview. in final year there r certain companies demands semesterwise marks seat and there is no year back than not affect yr placement if u provide proper reasons.
