the minimum eligibility of appearing IAS or RAS is that you have to be a graduate.....
so after 12th you should go for your degree......
here is a list of options that you can go for:
B.TECH

B.ARCH

MBBS

BDS

BA

B.COM

B.SC

CA

CS

JOURNALISM

etc....

You can opt any stream you wanted.
the streams are:-
arts
commerce
non-medical
medical

you should take maths anyway in any stream as it will help you further in the entrance exam.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION NEEDED FOR THE EXAM:-
The applying Candidate must have a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized institutes.
or
must be in the final year of graduation.

so opt the stream you are interested.

Dear Friend,

To become IAS officer, you need to wirte civil services examination conducted by UPSC. This examination is conducted by UPSC for recruitment into 27 different services of government of India and IAS is also one of them.

You need to be graduate to appear for this examination. So, I would suggest you to get admission for graduation course with the subject of your interest.

Further details can be obtained at upsc.gov.in

RAS (Rajasthan Administrative Services) is one rank lower than IAS. The exam for this service is conducted every year by Rajasthan Public Service Commission.
