    Hope you are doing well.

If you aspire to become an aeronautical engineer then you can go for your graduation in aeronautical engineering itself.

To do your B.Tech in aeronautical engineering you should qualify the entrance exams laid down for it.

    They are as follows:-

    1.IIT JEE

    2.AIEEE

    3.EAMCET

    4.TANCET

    5.Amrita University Entrance Exam

    6.Aligarh Muslim University Entrance Exam

    7.Assam CEE

    8.Goa CET

    9.Kerala CEE

    10.BITSAT

    11.Banasthali Vidyapeeth Entrance Exam

    12.CUSAT CAT

    13.KLUEEE 2013

    14.Madhya Pradesh PET

    15.GUJCET

    16.Orissa JEE

    17.KIITEE

    18.SRMEEE

    19.UPTU SEE

    20.VITEEE

    21.TMISAT

    22.WB JEE

    23.VMUAICEE

    24.Tripura JEE

    25.Symbiosis SET

These are only a few exams out of the number of exams available for entrace into B.Tech.

Or rather you can opt for even DIPLOMA in aeronautics and then you will be eligible for the second year of your engineering.

These are the various options available for you.

    Hope the information helped you.

    All the best.

It is also mandatory to qualify in the joint Entrance Examinations (J.E.E.)which the IIT's conduct in every year.

the courses offered after +2 are as follow:-
    B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering)
    B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology)
    Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering

The career has grown in recent years and now it is on the verge of expanding more.

If you interest to becoming an aeronautical engineer then after 12th standard you should better go for B.E Aeronautical Engineering. Bachelor of Aeronautical is an bachelor degree and the duration of the course is for four years with practice training and this course is divided in to eight semester, and there are so many universities and institution in India which are offering this course.

Courses Available for this purpose are:

    1. Aeronautical Engineering (AMAeSI)
    2. Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
    3. B.E. (Honors) Aircraft Engineering
    4. BS Aerospace and Rocket Engineering
    5. M.E. Aeronautical Engineering
    6. B.Tech. Aeronautical Engineering

    Qualification required

    1. Graduate degree (B.E/B.Tech.)
    - 10+2 or equivalent examination, with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and must have a fairly high percentage of marks in the aggregate.
    - Mandatory to qualify JEE (Joint Entrance Exam) exam conducted by the IIT's.

    2. M.Tech
    - Graduation in B.E/B.Tech in aeronautical engineering or any other equivalent branches of engineering.

    3. Ph D programmes in aeronautics.
    - Post graduation is required in the same field.

    4. Graduate Programme in Aeronautical Engineering for B Sc students
    - Mandatory Maths and Physics at the graduation stage

Entrance examination you need to crack to study in any aeronautical engineering offering institutes are:
