Is it compulsory for a candidate to have D.El.Ed or B.Ed degree to be eligible for CTET?

    sir/mam,
I have completed my 10 2 from central school in 2002 and secured graduation from IGNOU but I don't have a D.El.Ed or B.Ed degree. Please tell me how should I proceed to apply for ctet 2013. I have come to know that D.El.Ed or B.Ed degree requires experience in teaching as a teacher for atleast two years. Now my question is that how is it possible? For becoming a teacher one has to have a D.El.Ed or B.Ed degree and to have that degree one has to be a teacher! Please Help.
