If You are not having interest to go for Software Programming side then You can go for Human Resource Management Specialization.If you are having interest to go for Human Resource Management,Yes,Human Resource Management is also good to you but You must be having some skills then only you will be survived in the Human Resource Field.They are; 1.Excellent Communication Skills 2.Problem Solving Skills 3.Good Listening Skills 4.Managerial Skills 5.Leadership Skills 6.No Partiality in the Work 7.Friendly with the employees 8.Problem Identification Skills 9.Decision Making Skills 10.Innovative thinking Skills towards Problems You can go for Following Specializations also, Marketing Management, Retailing Management, Human Resource Management, Logistics Management, International Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Pharmaceutical Management, Hospital Management, Sports Management, Fashion Technology Management, Entertainment Management, Textile Management etc.

Hi actually i am an B.Tech(IT) Fresher... i want to do MBA So anyone pls Suggest me a good Specialisation based on my UG degree i searched in net but i confused so much for all specialisation courses so pls suggest me a Specialisation..., MBA (Information Technology) is suitable for me or any deficulties in this .

Re: Which MBA specialization is best for a B.Tech(IT) graduate who has no interest in software or programming fields? hai,,,,,,,,,,,,, dear you have lot of specializations in MBA as you are b.tech degree holder you have to follow th below details to get more information regarding the MBA. we wish good salaries what ever we study ,if you hold a high school diploma than you cant get good salary, actually MBA course is done for the executives,and senior management positions ,there are some companies who will not consider applicants unless if you don't have MBA degree. getting an MBA is more expansive , you have to write the entrance exams to get admission into the MBA degree,like. CAT, MAT, OPEN MAT, XAT, JMET, PGCET(KARNATAKA), ATMA(HYDERABAD), CET(MAHARASHTRA), OMAT(ORISSA),ETC,,, among all these examinations CAT,MAT,XAT is most important exams. CAT (COMMON ADMISSION TEST) this entrance exam is for IIM'S ,this test consists of 120 minutes , more than 30+ institutes prefer CAT scores for selection, so dear you have to work hard in this the test consists of quantitative aptitude, reading comprehension, verbal ability, data interpretation, reasoning, data sufficiency, MAT(management aptitude test) all india management association (AIMA) HAS BEEN PROVIDING THE SERVICE OF APTITUDE TESTING SINCE 1988 under the scheme of all indian management aptitude testing service, this test was conducted four times per year this exam consists of language comprehension, mathematical skills, data analysis &sufficiency, intelligence and critical reasoning, Indian and global environment, this exam also consists of negative marks for wrong answering. if you cracked the CAT than you have to face the group discussions and personnel interview which carries 50 to 60 percent. XAT this entrance exam is given for the FMS, JMET, IITS AND IISC. AND THE OPEN MAT entrance exam is given for the IGNOU. there are lot of specializations in MBA LIKE MBA in information technology, MBA in health, MBA in finance, MBA in telecommunications, MBA in media, MBA in services, MBA in marketing, MBA in human resource , MBA in hospitality, MBA in accounting, MBA in E-business, MBA in E-commerce, MBA in technology management, MBA in risk management, as you are a B.TECH(IT) student than you ca go FOR MBA in technology,or information system it will helpful for you, some of the top business schools are,Harvard business school, Wharton business school, Kellogg business school, Stanford business school, Michigan's business school, these are the best colleges to be opt , so dear all the best for your preparation .
