No, 12th student can apply for MPSC exam

Here I am giving you eligibility criteria for the MPSC Class I and Class II Officers Exams as below:-

Age Requirements:-
Open Category: Not more than 33 years
OBC: Not more than 35 years
SC/ST/NT: Not more than 38 years

Educational Qualifications:-
The candidate must be graduate in any discipline from any recognized university.

I am Really sorry to say this you are not Eligible to apply dear friend ...

You must have a Complete Degree from a Recognized university

The minimum age must be 21 years

This MPSC exam in conducted by UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

The maximum age is allowed up to 30 years

You must be an INDIAN CITIZEN

Of course there will be an Age relxation for the Reserved candidates
