yes ofcourse, you should take biology.

in any course related to human health, the knowledge of biology is a must.
    example:
in pharmacy, it involves the preparation and making and diagnosis of the medicine. but still ten standard biology such as classification of an organism is still studied. there kingdom, phylum, class, subclass..etc.
so what i meant to say is that.. "when you are going to reach the top, you have to climb from the beginning".
so be punctual and give your level best for biology as it will help you in your future course.

    yours sincerely,

    Hi..
Undoubtedly you must take up Biology as one of your subject in +2. I hope you are in 10th now & thankfully you realized now itself.
Psychology is really an interesting course. To be a successful clinical psychologist you must have completed your M.A or M.Sc. in Psychology .
To do this master degree you must hold a bachelor degree in the relevant subject. For this you definitely need to have taken Biology.
    All the very best
