    No it is not necessary to have Maths as a subject in 12th to pursue BMS course. Candidates from any area of specialisation can pursue this course. But you will have Maths as a subject as part of this course. It will be one among the compulsory subjects. The course will cover all the areas related to management studies. Generally admission to this course is based on merit i.e. 12th marks. For better career prospects it is advisable to complete MBA after BMS.

    is a full three years course introduced by several institutes in india to provide managerial skills .the main motive to increase the marketing executives as there are huge competitions in global market.
    afetr you complete thsi course with sucessfull you have various opportunities in the various institutes and banks like
    • sales and marketing jobs,
    • JOBS in PSU banks,
    • finance ,
    • research etc.,,
    if you want to start your career in B.M.S degree than you have to complete your 12th with pass percentage, you have to complete the 12th or its equivalent examination.
    afetr your 10th (conducted by the technical education )may have diploma in engineering following two,three or four years of duration you have following weight age marks like
    • if you are belong to the science stream than you have 25 percentage,
    • if you are belong to the commerce stream than you have 45 percentage,
    • if you are belong to the arts stream than you have 25 percentage,
    • if you are a diploma in engineering than you have 5% of weight age marks ,

    Hello sir/madam......

    Bachelor of managment studies is a full time course of three year duration......

    This BMS programme comprises of six semesters having 40 modules,38 theory papers and two projects......

    Eligibility criteria to get seat in BMS:

    You should have completed the HSC or equivalent examination from any of the three streams of science,arts or commerce. with minimum of 45
    percent marks..........

    If you are eligible for the above stated criterias the next step to get seat in BMS is that you need to clear entrance test which is called "The centralised common entrance examination" conducted by the university of mumbai........

    The duration of this test is 75 minutes and it possesses 100 questions in the field of english,math,logical reasoning and visual reasoning......

    BMS stands for BACHELOR IN MANAGEMENT STUDIES and this course is of duration 3 years and there are a lot of colleges in India which provides this courses.

    1. You must have passed XII std from any recognized Board.
    2. You must have taken mathematics as one of the subjects.
    3. You must have secured at least 50% marks at first attempt.
