The job availability is too less for only BCA pass out. BCA degree is of not of more importance today. The best option after BCA is to get admission in Mastercourse.

Job opportunity in call center for BCA pass out is higher, but in call center 10+2 pass out can also apply for the same post.

hii, in the BCA you will get an salry of around 12000 per month, very less than compared to the MCA where you will get very good salry of upto 30000 per month.Better to gor MCA and get good salries and lots of oppurtunities are there.also if you do the MCA the teaching jobs is better, and you can also work in top software companies.By doing MCA you will also get a chance to wotk in the computer institutes like the NIIT and keonics, where they will pay good salaries too.

No education is necessary. It all depends on how you want your career and future to be. So In reply to your first query, I would say that NO, MCA is not necessary after BCA.
