You are having the misconcept of that you are not going to have the value of BBI, Knowledge will never go waste if you have taken it seriously...
You can do MBA after BBI bit it's not compulsory, Initially you will have to sacrifice for the salary and after gaining experience and showing your best in giving the result to company for which you are working, you will surely go on heights...
And as MBA is concerned it has no age bar, you can do anytime and you should do MBA only after gaining some 4-5 years of experience...

So dont worry have confidence on yourself and give your best...
