    Is my MA Public Administration degree(from Anamalai Open University scheme) eligible for Group 2 exam in tamilnadu or not?

    dear sir / madam

    i add complete 10th then +2 then BSc applied geology discontinued in final year after that i add study MA public administration in annamalai university under open university scheme.this MA is eligible to attend Group 2 exam in tamilnadu.i need the details pls help me out.my email id is svijaivishnu@yahoo.co.in

    sir, i have done Ma.public administration on DDE scheme from annamalai uni.can i do my M.phil on that from the same university. i am from kerala state.
