-Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
-Age limit: 21-30yrs.
For OBC,there is age relaxation of 3yrs i.e 33yrs.
As you would be completing your degree in 2013,you are eligible for the exam.

As you belong to the OBC categorie you can appear for the IAS examination up to 33 years as your reservation is up to the 3 years and the general age limit for appearing to the examination was of 30 years.you can appear for the IAS Examination which will be conducted in the month of May 2013.you can not appear if your age exceeds 33 years,there is only one chance for you for appearing to the IAS examinations.....

Sorry but you can,t appear for ias exam because in ias exam age limitation for obc category is 21-33 years and according to your birth date you will be of 33 years. But ias exam is for the obc category people of under 33 years.

Candidates who have attained min 21 years and not more than 30 years on 1 August 2013 will be eligible for IAS,There is a three years age relaxation for candidates who belong to OBC category.you will attain 33 years on 1/2/1980 so you will not be eligible for IAS-2013.

Candidates who belong to ST/SC category will get five years age relaxation thus they will be eligible for IAS-2013.
