In my college there are no proper placements. Can I change from the present college to any autonomous college of Karnataka?

sorry to say but its not a time of school that if you don't like school
your parents will let you change school but this a time of college......

you can't change your college from your present to any college directly.
There is a certain process to change college.

for this you need to give entrance exam whether private or government to apply for college
without this you cant get direct admission.

now adays newely constructed btech colleges dont have campus selections
but campus selection is really very important part in btech
you can change your college
or else some colleges have an choice to go to another college for selection
so you can attend the campus selection in another college
