Well BSNL JTO has been holding recruitment exams every year ,there was BSNL JTO examination in 2008 & 2009 but since then it didn’t occur for 2 years ….it is really hopeful that this year will surely take out posts for the JTO…So ,I suggest you to be well prepared for it …
The recruitment would be to grant jobs in 5 telecom circles of BSNL and the candidates should have atleast 60% marks in their graduation …..

The examination for JTO is held in three sections based on the fields of studies of candidates .these are :

For JTO (Telecom):The candidates applying for this post should be from the following field and must possess a B.tech or B.E degree in :
i. Telecommunication,
ii. Electronics,
iii. Radio,
iv. Computer,
v. Electrical.
vi. Information Technology
the sections of this paper are :
Section-I: Engineering stream: 50 questions
Section-II: Engineering stream: 50 questions
Section-III: General Ability Test: 20 questions

For JTO (Electrical);The eligibility for this post is an engineering degree in electrical engineering …. the sections of this paper are :
Section-I: Electrical Engineering stream: 50 questions
Section-II: Electrical Engineering stream: 50 questions
Section-III: General Awareness: 20 questions

For JTO (Civil):This post is available for the engineers of civil field ……the sections of this paper are :
Section-I: Civil Engineering stream: 50 questions
Section-II: Civil Engineering stream: 50 questions
Section-III: General Ability Test: 20 questions

AGE LIMITS :
the maximum age for the general category candidates applying for the BSNL JTO exam should not be more than 30 years. However, this age is relaxable as per standing instructions on this subject for:-
i) Govt. servants upto 5 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Govt.;
ii) BSNL employees upto 5 years in accordance with the instructions or
orders issued by the BSNL;
iii) For Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes upto 5 years;
iv) For OBC Candidates upto 3 years;
v) For PH candidates upto 10 years ; (15 years for SC/ST and 13 years for OBC)
vi) For certain other categories like ex-servicemen, displaced persons from East Pakistan[now Bangladesh], repatriates from Burma and Ce

The notifications for the BSNL JTO exam would be released in the employment news and the official website of BSNL www.bsnl.co.in

Dude BSNL JTO is the one of the government sectors telecom officer selections which are conducted for the selections of the candidates in to the junior telecom officers selections and these selections are done based on the recruitment eligibility criteria which are required for appearing to the BSNL recruitments..

This Junior telecom officers selections are done once in every year and the candidates who wish to appear for the recruitment criteria and the candidates of the respective engineering branches of study are eligible for appearing to the BSNL JTO selections.

There are minimum requirements for appearing to the BSNL JTO selections such as the
>>Should have attained minimum age of 21 years and should not exceed the age of 30 years
>>Should have completed the graduation in engineering in the respective branches of study such as the
Electronics and communication
Electronics and Telecommunication
Computer Science
Information technology
Electrical and electronics
These are the branches of study for which the BSNL JTO selections are made for...
>>Should belong to the citizen of India only.
These are the minimum requirements which are available for appearing to the BSNL JTO selections...

So dude with these criteria you can appear for the BSNL JTO selections and this examination is generally conducted in the months of May or June and you can appear if you have the required eligibility criteria..

The BSNL JTO Exams are conducted in 2008 and 2009 after that no recruitment can be done.

Eligibility of JTO:

Candidate should be citizen of India.

Candidate should complete the Graduation from recognized university.

Candidate required the min 60% of marks in Graduation.

The candidate age limit is not more than 30 years.

The upper age relaxation is applicable for other categories.

3 years for OBC.

5 years for SC/ST.
