    CAT is a most prospective exam in INDIA to take admission in India's best colleges in Business Study like IIMs. So students are very cautious about it.It's exam are conducted in the Month of November & December.

    You should have some eligible criteria like:-

    1)[COLOR="rgb(65, 105, 225)"]You must have a degree with 50% marks from a recognized University.Marks exemption for SC/ST candidate and Other reserved Categories are 45%.[/COLOR]
    2)[COLOR="rgb(65, 105, 225)"]No upper age limit for CAT exam.[/COLOR]
    [B]3)[/B[COLOR="rgb(65, 105, 225)"]]You can have so many attempts for CAT.There are no limit to appear in CAT exam.[/COLOR]

    Exam Pattern for CAT::-
    There are two sections in CAT exam:-
    1)The first section have Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation.
    2)The second have Verbal Ability & Logical Reasoning.

    *) the educational eligibility criteria for CAT exam is the candidate should pursue their bachelor's degree from any recognized institutions of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA for general category students.

    45% marks or equivalent CGPA for SC/ST/DA/PWD category students.

    Hi aspirant,

    Candidate opting for Common Admission Test has go through strict qualification criterias.
    This is most sought out career course as it can put any of Master in Bachelor Administration candidates into high paid posts for which a normal person will have work hard for years and years to be eligibile or fit for the post.
    If you apply for CAT in a systematic approach then success is a must.

    Certain Eligibility criteria for CAT exam are:

    Educational Eligibility Required:

    -> Applocant must complete his or her graduation from a institution having givernment recognition.
    -> Minimum percentage a applicant must acquire is 50% as an average of all semesters marks.
    -> There is privilege of 45% in case of OBC, SC/ST and Differently abled canidates.
    -> If the mark awarded by institution in graduation course is in CGPA then the institution procedure will be taken into consideration for calculating percentage.
    -> If there is no such procedure of college for percentage calculation then the CGPA will be divided by maxiamum CGPA and then multipying it with hundred.
    -> Applicant are allowed to complete there graduation in any trade
    -> Applicants appearing their final year in Graduation are also allowed for the examination

    Reservation Criteria:

    -> Reservation of seats approved for Scheduled caste is 15%
    -> Reservation of seats approved for Scheduled Tribe is 7and 1/2%
    -> For Non Creamy Other Backward Castes there 27% of total seats are reserved.
    -> For Differentially Abled seats reserved is 3% only if there disability percentage is more than 40%

    Pattern followed for CAT examination is:

    Quantitative aptitude
    Reading comprehension
    Data sufficiency
    Verbal ability
    Data interpretation

    CAT stands for Common Admission Test .

    This examination is Conducted by IIM's Every year for admission in IIM and top level MBA college .


    Those candidate have completed graduation degree with above 50% marks are applicable for CAT exam but your degree must be recognized.


    For SC/ST candidate the percentage is 45 % in graduation.There is no age limitation for the candidate.Final year student are applicable for This exam.


    Selection Process for CAT exam are Written exam , Group Discussion , personal Interview .


    The syllabus of CAT consists of :-

    1.Data Interpretation.
    2.Quantitative Aptitude.
    3.Logical Reasoning.
    4.Verbal Ability.

    Hello,

    CAT stands for Common Admission test, CAT is conducted by IIMs .


    Basically CAT is conducted for MBA ( Master of Business Administrator ) course. This is two year duration Master course.


    Through CAT exam one can take admission in MBA In the top most colleges of India.

    One can Appear in CAT entrance when they have following Elligibity:

    Candidates must be Graduate in Any stream form recognized University. The minimum percentage requires for this exam is 50%.

    50% marks is must in graduation for sitting in CAT exam.
