    Yes, you are eligible for NET if you have at least 55% in your MBA !! And you can choose any distinguish course you like if you have the following eligibility in NET


    You must have PG(MBA) with min.55%

    There are 2types of Posts in NET:
    Lectureship post(LS)
    Junior Research Fellowship(JRF)

    There is no upper age limit for "Lectureship post"

    You must be within 28years for "Junior Research Fellowship"(5years age relaxation for SC/ST,BC and PH Candidates)

    If you are in Final year of your PG also eligible to write NET


    How to apply for NET ?

    You have to apply online before the specific date announced by UGC.

    Two print-outs of filled in online application form,exam attendance slip and admission card at the respective centers (with fee receipt and category certificates) are the documents required for applying to this exam.

    This will be of 450rs/- for General and 110 rs/- for SC/ST.

    You have to pay this through SBI Challan form Via Online.

    The last date for submission is on 8th November'2011


    It means you can't apply this time for NET because already the submission process finished !! You can write next time for NET i.e on JUNE !!

    For that the notification will be released and then apply for it..

    Yes , You are eligible for NET exam . Because you have completed the masters degree but you are not eligible for commerce departments.

    ELIGIBILITY FOR NET EXAM:-

    Those candidate have completed masters degree from recognized university are eligible for NET exam.

    For general and OBC candidate must be hold 55%above in masters degree. SC/ST candidate must be hold 50% above in masters degree.

    Part time course are not eligible for NET exam.

    For Junior research fellowship course your age must be in between 19 to 28 years.

    For lectureship ,There is no upper age limit but the Minimum age is 19 years.

    NET exam is conduct because of govt college lecturer and PHD entrance.

    EXAM DATE FOR NET EXAM:-

    The NET exam date is18-12-2011 But still UGC have not published application brochure .

    The application details will be published in 26th September,2011.So you have to prepare well for NET exam.

    There are one declaration is announced UGC . No negative Marking in Paper-I and Paper -II exam.

    Online form will available after 20 th September.

    Date of Close of Online Submission: 25 Th October 2011

    Yes, Post graduate degree course candidates are eligible for NET Examination and after completing your MBA Degree course you are eligible for National Eligibility Test examination. If you have scored minimum 50% Marks in your Post graduate degree course then you are eligible for NET Examination, Final year appearing candidates are also eligible for NET. NET Examination is Conducted by UGC, Twice in a year and the examination is conducted in June and December.

    For this year June NET Examination Notification will be Published soon in Next month in the official website. Eligible candidates may fill the application form online Only. The examination fees of NET Examination is Rs 450 and you have to pay the fees through challan form in SBI Bank. When you pay the fees, then you can fill the Online application form of NET.

    If you have completed your Post graduation in Finance as a main subject then you can choose Commerce in your NET Examination. You can also choose Management Subject in NET, So please choose the subjects in NET on the basis of your post graduation only. The syllabus of NET examination is availiable in the official website. So please download the syllabus from the official website and keep practice accordingly.

    This year NET Examination pattern will be changed and it is applicable from June 2012. From this year all the 3 papers of NET will be Objective, there is no descriptive papers from this year. All 3 papers will be conducted in same day in 2 session, You have to cracked all the 3 papers, only then you will become lecturer in some best colleges.

    There is no upper age relaxation is applicable for Lectureship post, but for Junior Research fellowship Post, your age should not be more than 28 years, Upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC Candidates.

    Yes of course , you are eligible to apply for NET examination .

    NET Stands for National Eligibility Test




    Minimum Qualification for NET exam :-


    You must have a completed post graduate degree with any desire subject of a recognized University or equivalent qualification and you must score at least 55% aggregate marks in their examination . 50% aggregate marks for reserved categories . Those who are appearing in the final year of post graduate degree may also eligible to apply for this examination .

    This examination syllabus and previous year question papers was available in the official website of UGC . This year notification was already out and it is available in the official website of UGC . Date of announcement :- 12.04.12 , Last date for receipt of application :- 30.04.12 and examination will be held on 24.06.12

    Examination fees of NET :- The cost of examination fees 450 /- for general candidates , 225 for OBC candidates , 110 for reserved categories .

    The examination consist of three papers and all paper are objective type questions . All three paper will be conducted in same day . You should have a crack the all the three papers for this examination .

    This examination is conducted for lectureship , PH.D and Junior Research fellowship programmes .

    There is no upper age limits for Lectureship , 28 years for Junior Research fellowship and Upper age limits is applicable for reserved categories .
