Which MBA specialization to opt between HR and Marketing? Suggest me the right option as per current job conditions.

Hello Sir,
I have done Hotel Mgmt and pursuing MBA from IMT Ghaziabad.i hav completed my 3rd sem and now its the time tht i need to choose a sector to specialize in.i am a little confused between HR and Marketing Deppt. After discussing it with many people.i got the responce that HR has no scope these days.plz suggest me the best thng to choose according to the current job market conditions.
i will be very greatful for getting your specialised view on this concern.
