I think it will be a best option for you to do MBA in computer systems if you are really interested in computers. because firstly you have done you graduation in electronics and now if you do your MBA in computer systems it will obviously increase your versatility.

After completing your MBA the company you will be working will have a person who is a person or electronics and computers both;
which will directly increase you pay/salary.

So i think MBA with Computer Systems specialization is a good option for a B.Sc Electronics completed student.

you are at the right place now. It is a better option to take up masters in administration with computer systems as your specialization. You will be involved in more management related things. I think a better option for you is MCA if you are interested in programming. Also in CA you can take up system computing.
