B. Sc Biotechnology is thee year Bachelor course. The course is recognized under the university and designed in six semesters. Various universities in India are offering this course to the aspirants. The syllabus can vary depending on the university. The common subjects include Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Biotechnology. They have to study Computer application and research paper during their course time. They have a project work at the last semester. For admission purpose it is must that they should have studied these subjects in 12th standard too. Most universities expect that the candidates should have scored a first class in the qualifying exam. You need to check with the University for more details about the course.

I'm also doing b.sc. biotechnology...in this you have to choose another two subjects with biotechnology combination...and i fullest you to choose chemistry And zoology with biotechnology combination...

mainly after completion of 12th science with biology you can get b.sc biotechnology and in b.sc.biotechnology mainly many sub. Study in different semister just like genetics,immunology,microbiology,industrial biotechnology,enviromental biotechnology and many other and its 3 years course but with biotechnology sub. Other 2 sub. Selection is compelsary because in that course 3 sub in one combinaion so you can pass that three and in master degree you can choose only biotechnology but in b.sc biotechnology other 2 sub also required and thats you can choice yourself only from college sub list .mainly thats are chemistry,botany,zoology,fisheries,etc

The syllabus of B.Sc. biotechnology depend on the duration of the course. It may be 3 or 4yr .The main subject is Cell biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Math, State, Immunology, Recombinant DNA technology, Cell and tissue culture, Biochemical, Molecular biology, Plant biotechnology, Animal biotechnology, Environmental biotechnology etc.

IN B.S.C biotechnology:
1) in 1st year-- physics , chemistry, biology, maths, statistics
2) in 2nd year-- basic bio science, bio physics, bio chemistry, immunology , metabolic pathways
3) in 3rd year-- plant and animal tissue culture , trends in biotech , crop improvement , genetics
