i have Completed my diploma from IETE Delhi now I want Lateral entry to b.tech in RTU University

The Indraprastha University, Delhi conducts CET for admissions in B.Tech, MBA, BCA, M.Sc., BHMCT, BJMC, MBBS and other courses. There are 150 seats for BSc graduates and 200 for Diploma holders for the second counseling this month for engineering graduates. With 895 rank you may be able to get the admission in this second round of allotment. Singhania University, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, Shobit University, Meerut, UP,Sri Ramakrishna engineering college, Coimbatore, Anna University, Adhiyaman College of engineering Bangalore are some of the colleges offering admission to second year in B.tech through lateral entry. You can try to get admissions in these colleges. You can work in a Software industry as engineer. Candidates can find opportunities in aviation industry, defense, irrigation department etc...You can also put up your own company. You can work as lecturer or go for civil services.Mtech is another option after which you can do PhD and work as researcher.

With the lateral entry scheme students can get direct admission in second year i.e. third semester of engineering. The conditions for the same are that the candidates must have cleared their diploma course with good marks, preferably a first class or higher. There is an age limit of 28 years. Also you will be required to appear for entrance test for that institute.

Indraprastha University is a well reputed institute in New Delhi. It is known to provide good placement assistance. The institute inducts students based on Common Entrance Test and the marks secured in diploma course.
