LPCET - Language Pandit Common Entrance Test.

Through LPCET you can become Pandit of the following languages :

Hindi,
Telugu &
Urdu.

Eligibility Criteria for LPCET :-

Hindi Pandit Academic Qualifications :

A Graduate Degree with optional subject Hindi or Bachelor of Oriental Language - Hindi or Praveena of Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha, Hyderabad or Vidwan of Hindi Prachara Sabha, Hyderabad or any other equivalent recognized qualification in Hindi (B.A standard ) by the Government of A.P or M.A Hindi.

Telugu Pandit Academic Qualifications :

B.A (Telugu Literature) or B.A (Oriental Language – Telugu) or Bachelor of Oriental Language Telugu or A Graduate Degree with optional subject Telugu or M.A (Telugu)

Urdu Pandit Academic Qualifications :

B.A (Urdu Literature) or B.A (Oriental Language - Urdu) or Bachelor of Oriental Language – Urdu or A Graduate Degree with optional subject Urdu or M.A (Urdu)

Age Limit:

You should have completed 19 years of age.

And there is no upper age limit for LPCET, you can apply it at any instance of your life.

Important Dates :

Date of commencement of Sale of Applications at Head Post Offices and e-seva centers in the state 20/04/2012 to 20/05/2012 .
Last date of submission of filled in Applications – 25/05/2012 .
Date of LP Common Entrance Test – 19/06/2012 .

Prescribed printed application form for LPCET-2012 along with I.C.R, Bio-data form and Instructions Booklet for LPCET – 2012 can be collected from all Head Post Offices and e-seva centres in the state.
