    Kerala Post Graduate Super Specialty Entrance Examination

    Kerala Government with the collaboration of some private hospitals conduct the
    Kerala PG Super Specialty Entrance Exam. The marks obtained in the entrance test acts as the base for admission in to various PG level specialty courses. The exam is carried out to select eligible candidates for the following courses mentioned here.
    • M. Ch. Pediatric Surgery
    • M. Ch. Gastroenterology Surgery
    • M. Ch. Plastic Surgery
    • D. M. Cardiology
    • M. Ch. Genito Urinary Surgery
    • D. M. Gastroenterology
    • M. Ch. Thoracic Surgery
    • D. M. Neurology
    • M. Ch. Neuro Surgery
    • D. M. Nephrology
    Structure and Pattern of Kerala PG Super Specialty Test

    Kerala PG Super Specialty Entrance test is carried out in two separate sections. The first section includes 90 questions. It may cover areas of General Medicine, Pediatrics, Respiratory Medicine, Pathology, Skin, Psychiatry and Genetics. The next section will be based on the syllabus of the subject opted for post graduation.

    Eligibility required for Kerala PG Super Specialty Test

    The candidate should have passed MBBS degree from any of the reputed medical Colleges listed under MCI. They should have completed their internship program also. Those who have completed their PG in medicine are also eligible to attend the entrance test. Only Indian citizens can apply for the same.

    Application procedure of Kerala PG Super Specialty Test

    The applicant can rely on both mode of application submission i.e. online and as well as offline. The cost of application form is Rs.1500/- . This is applicable for general candidates where as SC/ST candidates have to pay Rs. 750/- only. The candidate has to read the instructions clearly before begin filling the form. Filled in applications forms should reach the entrance commissioner office before the last date mentioned in the notification.
