    KEAM Engineering Entrance Exam

    Kerala Engineering Agriculture Medical Entrance examination conducts separate examination for selecting candidates for each course. KEAM Engineering Entrance Exam is conducted with a view to select candidates who are eligible for engineering courses. This entrance examination is conducted annually and final selection of candidates is based on the scores in the entrance exam.

    Structure and Pattern of KEAM Engineering Entrance Exam

    Objective type of questions is included in KEAM engineering exam. The candidates are provided answers as options from which they need to select the correct answer. The maximum time allotted for this exam is 150 minutes. Majority of the questions asked in entrance exam will be from 3 main subject areas that is Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

    Eligibility criteria of KEAM Engineering Entrance Exam

    Intermediate passed candidates can apply for KEAM Engineering entrance examination. Such candidates should attain aggregate of 50% marks in the qualifying examination. The qualification should be obtained from an institute which is recognized. The candidates should also choose Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects in the intermediate level. Only Indian Nationals of 17 years of age or above can apply for this exam. There is relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per the norms specified by the state government.
