Hello,
A lot of my friends have got in CTS. CTS or cognizant is a very nice, homely and diligent place to work in. They mainly offer jobs in IT or HR section. If you are from proper technology background then you will be recruited in the IT domain. For that your programming skills also need to be good. This area mainly takes up people from computer applications, computer engineering, physics background etc.
Now for the HR area, you need to be in any science domain. Sometimes(very rarely people from arts are taken). Here you will looking after the employment of other people. You will be monitoring the ongoing projects and preparing reports on them.
Lastly, if you are from commerce background like B.Com or MBA or BBA or BMS, you will be placed in the commercial departments and slowly you can move upto managerial and CEO positions.
