Computer science engineers can appear for the defense sectors such as the Navy , air force and also the Indian Army also and for appearing to these defense sectors recruitments one needs to appear for the CDS examination which is of the Combined Defense Services examination and one can appear for this recruitment after completing graduation.

CDS recruitment also follows some of the eligibility criteria which must be required for appearing to these recruitments,some of the eligibility criteria required for Indian navy.
some of them are...
*Age Limit-
Should have attained the age of 19 years and must not exceed the age of 23 years
*Educational Qualifications-
should have completed the graduation in engineering or the respective areas of study and 12th with the maths and physics for appearing to the Indian Navy and Air force.
candidates of any of the discipline of study in graduation or bachelor degree can appear for the indian Military recruitments..
*Sex and marital status-
Only the male candidates who are un married are only eligible for appearing to the Technical cadre selections such as the
Navy
Air force
Military
Female candidates are only eligible for non technical selections such as the OTA(Officers Training Academy)

so dude after your computer science engineering you can appear for the Indian navy recruitments...

CDS is conducted twice a year by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for recruitment into the Indian Military Academy, Officers Training Academy, Naval Academy and Air Force Academy.

Eligibility for CDS:

I.M.A. and Officers’ Training Academy (OTA): Graduation Degree from a recognized University

Naval Academy: B.Sc. (with Physics & Mathematics) or Bachelor of Engineering

Air Force Academy: Degree of Recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering

Age:

Indian Military Academy: 19-24 years

Air Force Academy: 19-23 Years

Officers’ Training Academy: 19-25 years

Naval Academy: 19-22 years
