Thumbs up Re: Information regarding courses related to Management after B.Com.

    dear friend,
The obvious answer is an MBA with specialization in HR. But do keep in mind the technological advances happening in the world today, so you would also have to be updated for the same so that you are productive from Day 1 and naturally become the PREFERRED choice of the recruiters.

    You have the following options:

    1. The world is moving towards something called as Business Intelligence. This is the new way by which businesses function in today's environment.

    2. Along with your MBA also learn relevant programming languages. I know this does not sound your type; but believe me that it will open up a pandora's box of jobs with awesome salaries for you. Some of the jobs you could get into are: Technical Recruiter, Technical Writer, etc.

Re: Information regarding courses related to Management after B.Com.

Well, I see that you are interested in the management genre of education. As you are graduate already now your next level in management genre could be MBA only. Now MBA or Masters in Business Administration has certain admission criteria. Let me mention to you those:
a)You must be a graduate and that too from a well approved university.
b)The graduation can be done in any and every discipline. MBA does not have any special specification for that.
c)You need minimum 50% from your graduation to be able for any MBA entrance examination.
d)The MBA entrance examinations that you might give are either CAT or MAT or OPENMAT or TANCET or MH CET or JMET etc.
    e) You will have to choose that particular entrance examination which is applicable for any particular MBA institute. So when you clear the entrance examination with a good score, you will get admission in that particular MBA institute.
So now you choose which MBA university, you will go for. My suggestion choose the one that is moderately optimum in budget and also good from education point of view.
