    Hello friend,

Both finance and HR has its own value and both are equally good. Its up to you to choose the specialization which you are interested in.

No specialization or branch can be treated as good or bad, everything depends on your effort and your perspective view.If you get interest in that specialization then obviously your performance will be good and hence you can get good opportunities.

But as a BCA students it would be difficult for you to understand the finance aspects of management. So I would suggest you to go for MBA in HR.
