I'm a B.Sc IT graduate, If I become an IAS officer. Will I be given less lucrative posting/job as I'm not a professional degree holder?

I`ve done B.Sc IT, and i aspire to become an IAS officer. But most of the successful candidates i`ve seen have higher degrees like B.E, iit, mba CA, masters, Phd etc........so my question is if i become one of the IAS officer, compared to others(with higher degrees) will i be given less lucrative posting/job????

No my friend... Nothing like that... To be an ias officer you just need to have a degree which you have... It doesnt matter what you have studied in your degree if you have cleared the ias exam...
