if you have master degree in any field with min 55 % then you should qualify UGC NET .this exam is conducted by UGC twice in a year ie in December and June.you have missed the June exam you have to appear in the exam which will be conducted in the month of December .As you are applying for post of lecturer so there is no age limit for you.you have to choose major subjects according to your master/graduation degree subjects.once you qualify the NET you will be able to teach in any govt or private college ,you will get salary according to UGC norms in govt colleges.if you join private colleges then you will get more salary and facilities.is private colleges you will get rs 40000+ /pm in starting.after one year this salary will be increased by 20 % if you will perform well is first years...........................................be st of luck.............................................. .................................................. ......................
