    Yes friend.

    >> I am 100% percent sure that you are eligible for EAMCET exam in Andhra pradesh.

    >> They are demanding that the candidate should pass his/her 12th exam only in Andhra pradesh government syllabus. There is no notification (or) sentence for 10th and 11th.

    >> The first eligibility is that the candidate should be a citizen of India. This ensures that this exam is not only for their state candidates.

    >> So, apply for the exam and score good marks.

    Good Luck!!!!!!!!

    HELLO FRIEND
As you mentioned you are from jharkand and have studied upto 10th in jharkand that’s not a problem as you have done your intermediate here you can easily appear for eamcet but you may not be considered as alocal student reservation chances will be less and if you are a native of andhra pradesh you will be considered.
But local area certificate is must and 6th class to 10th class certificates are also must. So, I don’t think you will be eligible to appear for eamcet and if you are eligible also then you may not have any sort of reservations.

Instead you can try for national wise competitieve exams like :[LIST][*]NEET[*]AFMC[*]AIMS e.t.c….[/LIST
Hope this helped you…….all the best…..
