    Is ICWAI useful for a M.Com graduate or not?

    hey
    i am currently pursuing m.com 4 semester is icwai course usefull for me??/

    Cost and Work Accountant course is the course which trained the candidate in the costing ,accounting and auditing.

    If you want to work in corporate sector or even in govt sector this course is useful.

    you are doing M.com ,you can enroll youself for IInd level of ICWAI as graduate and post graduate students can skip the Ist level of ICWAI.






    There are 3 stages in ICWAI and in Company Secretary

    FOUNDATION
    EXECUTIVE
    FINAL

    Programme is offered in two modes distance and oral coaching mode fee of both the mode is different.

    Foundation:
    Distance Mode-Rs.3500
    Oral Coaching - Rs.3500

    Intermediate:
    Distance Mode - Rs.15700
    Oral Coaching - Rs.19700

    Final Course:
    Distance Mode- Rs.11500
    Oral Coaching- Rs. 16500


    Duration of the course - 3.5 years minimum (around)

    Yes it will be useful for you if you want to become a charted accountant in your future.
    For this you will have to take admission in ICWAI institute for completing the courses related to this course.

    At first you will have to registered for group 1 or group 2 or for both that is basically called as integrated professional competence course to become "chartered accountant".
    This a 9 months course and after successful completion of this course you will bale to take admission for the next course.
    After that you will have to enrolled for 100 hours information technology training program-me
    After that enrolled yourself for 3 years article assistant course.
    Between these register yourself for CA course and prepare for CA final examination.

    If you are not interested in doing this course after completing your m.com you will able to get jobs in government sectors.
    You will have to appear in these entrances for getting jobs in government sectors.
    These are:-

    IBPS(for bank PO,Clerk)
    SSC UDC(for income tax,sales tax)
    Indian railways
    FCI
    EPFO
    IB
    UPSC
    UGC
    and in various state level and central level civil services exams.

    The minimum age required for getting jobs in government sectors is 18 years.
    The upper age limit for getting jobs in government sectors is 28 years.

    However age relaxation will be given to you if comes under reserved category candidates.

    Friend,

    Do selection of the colleges on basis of the AICTE approved colleges thus try to do not take admission in the Non AICTE approved colleges it generates negative impact on you in future so do selection of colleges carefully.
