No...there are no universities in india which offer the stipend with out the qualification of gate exam to get admission into the M.Tech so you must be qualified gate exam to get stipend in the universities while doing M.Tech.so it is better for you to get qualified in the gate exam to get stipend with the course of M.Tech.so try it in the next year ALL THE BEST.

i h've qualified gate 2012 in cs with rank 27273. score 284. can u pls suggest me some best universities with stipend.. thank u in advance
