    I have two standing backlogs in B.Tech (Biotechnology) course. Is it a good choice for me to appear in IAS exams?

    i am b.tech biotechnology student although my b.tech is not complete as i have my 2 reappears of maths.i don,t know wat career to opt as science is not my cup of tea.i want to do something creative but my father wants be to attempt 4 IAS exams.although i am hardworking and inspite of two reappears my degree is in 80% kindly guide me

    see buddy you can appear for ias for sure .....your backlogs are not a problem......you will have to clear your backlogs soon.......you can be sure of a question on this in your interview if you reach there..........so be prepared with a sloid reason to defend yourself..........if you are really passionate then give it a try.....i would suggest to opt for arts subjects in mains as your engg subjects does'nt seem very strong..........best of luck!!!

    Hey,
    it really good that you want to appear for IAS.
    Backlogs are not a problem.
    You need to be solid with your basics and try to be strong in your concepts.
    You can look for the latest pattern and subjects that you will be taking while your preparation for IAS.
    You will have to defend yourself for the reason of your backlogs.

    what are the dates prelim exam iam from hyd from where should i apply for IAS what are the certificates required for ias is any free isntitutions are there for IAS coaching
