Since you have already done diploma in CSE, you must have got a job.
Its too late now to do courses like B Tech. And since you have not done B tech, you also cannot go for M Tech.
So at the technical front i don't think that you can pursue your further studies.
You can apply for better jobs in your field and boost up your career.
Moreover till now you must have got a better work-experience . So if you apply for a suitable post now , this plan may go well..

You can hunt for a college wherein they will accept your candidature and give you admission to the appropriate engineering course.

Generally, a diploma student after studying an engineering specialization in diploma for three years, gets to directly jump to second year of engineering.

This may not be the opportunity for you now, as you are not in sync with what you studied years before.

Thus, you can appear for engineering entrance exams- AIEEE, JEE, if applicable, and can go for further completing your studies in the same.

Then, you can find a job, wherein you can request them to give you the provision for correspondent courses like MBA, which will enhance your career avenues.

    All the best!!!
