After completing B.Com you can directly apply for IPCC. CA course includes three different levels- CPT, IPCC and Final Course. CPT is an entry level exam to apply for CA course. Those candidates who are in 12th class can apply for CPT. Those who clear CPT can join IPCC level. But, if you are a graduate, you can directly join (IPCC) level in CA. If you qualify in IPCC, you need to appear for article ship training for 3 years. Only those who successfully clear IPCC along with article ship training are eligible to pursue final CA course.

Yes you are eligible for IPCC direct admission .
The Commerce Graduate with 60 % are eligible for direct admission to CA IPCC.

The graduate candidates need not have to clear CPT.
CPT is compulsory 12th class passed candidates.

CA course as three stages to complete : CPT ,IPCC ,Articleship training and final course ( for INTERMEDIATE CANDIDATE )

The graduate candidates are eligible for direct resisting to IPCC .
The required % for graduates to direct registor to IPCC :
    Commerce graduate with 55 %
and Non commerce graduate with 60 %.
You have completd graduation in B.com with 60 %.
So you directly apply for IPCC .
IPCC is the second stage of CA course .
    Thanks
    Thanks
