See the attempt limit on IIT-JEE is of maximum 2 times.

One can appear for the IIt-JEE while he/she is in 12th.

and the second time one can appear for the exam is in the next consecutive year.

    >>>>>>As you have appeared for the IIT-JEE one year after completing 12th then you cannot appear for the exam in 2013..

No matter it will be your second attempt in 2013 , you have already crossed the criterion of attempting the exam(once in 12th and the next consecutive year).

I suppose you might have appeared for other engineering entrance exam as well like the AIEEE , BIT-SAT etc...

So you should take admission in the following colleges as per your performance in AIEEE and other exams-
    NIT-Durgapur
    NIT-Nagpur
    NIt-Jamshedpur
    NIT-Jalandhar
    NIT-Surat
    NIT-Patna
    COEP
    VJTI
    MANIT
    VIT
    BITs-Pilani
    Manipal university
    Nirma institute etc...

    GOOD LUCK

You have completed 12th standard in 2011, then you are applicable fro 2013 IIT-JEE exam .

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) conduct a Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) every year for the admission to its B-Tech and other courses offered at the IIT Mumbai, IIT Kanpur, IIT Delhi, IIT Chennai, IIT Kharakpur, IIT Guwahati , IIT Roorkee, IT Varanasi and ISM Dhanbad.

If you have completed 12th examinations from a recognized board with physics ,chemistry and mathematics then you are applicable for IIT-JEE exam. But your 12th marks must be above 60% .

So if your 12th board exam marks is above 60% then you can apply for IIT-JEE exam.
