I got placed in TCS but they said that I will get joining letter after 2 yrs. Shall I work in other small corporate companies for these two years?

so you have signed the bond???ya you must have and after agreeing to their terms if you join any other company no matter small or big its illegal.....and if it comes to the notice of TCS authorites they migh terminate your bond...so i would advise you not to take such a step rather i would advice you do do tuition if you want to earn something...else you can join this site and earn some money....

Congrates as u gt placed in TCS, but as u going to get joining after 2 years, i think u should join some small corporate company till u gt joining for TCS, in place of waiting only for TCS
Its good for ur future and also u will gt some experience, or if u r intrested u may also go for some short term course that may enhance ur technical skills.

Yes friend,don't remain calm or don't stay free.Search for any job and luckily if you get a good job in a private company,then you will get good experience within two years.So you need not wait for the call from TCS.But still if you are dreaming of that company then learn any courses during this gap and make a good career.

But the best suggestion would be going for any other job and don't disclose to any company that you are selected for TCS and also don't get committed for any bonds.The ultimate decision is yours,think twice and make a best decision.
