Hi friend,NEET is a all India medical entrance exam for admission to MBBS colleges in India...The eligibility critiria to apply for NEET entrance exam is intermediate with botony, physics and chemistry i.e.,BI.P.C from recognised educational board with atleast 50% of marks...As you have failed in first year, you are not eligible to apply for NEET(national eligibility cum entrance test)exam...Clear the failed subjects in suplimentary examinations and then you are eligible to appear the NEET examination...all the best...

    Dear friend
The students who passed out 10+2th standard with BIPC are eligible for NEET exam.NEET is a national level medical entrance exam to get admission into medical colleges. As you are failed in BIPC first year you are not eligible for NEET exam.So first try to clear your failed exam subjects by writing supplementary exams and if you pass in those exams then you are eligible to write NEET exam.
    GOOD LUCK
