    Hi, Friend
as per union Public Service Commission rule General Candidate Can Attempt 4 times .you Need to apply for this jobs as per
Secondary School Certificate Date of Birth because that will be valid as per govt rules
The Attempt only Counted when you apply for Civils Exam if you write the exam or not it will be Counted as deemed to be present
One you applied for the exam it will be counted
    all the Best my friend

Dear candidate your posting /on line registration is not valid as you did not fulfill the eligibility of UPSC.Upsc conduct's IPS exam.under this situation your attempt to write IPS exam is not valid then it is nit countable but the exam fees you will not get back. Before applying you are to fillow UPSC notifications carefully.

    Thank You,
