I am doing B.Com from MDU. I have 1 back paper in 2nd year. Due to short of attendance I am not able to appear in 6th sem. Can I change my college and get admission in any other colleges to 2nd or 3rd year?

sir i am not able to appear in 6th sem exam because of short attendence. i am doing b.com from MDU i have 1 back paper in 2nd yr too. it is possible to change my college and get
admission in some other college in 2nd or 3rd yr(any college in rohtak or delhi)
