Right now it is too early for you to think about JEE. You can start the preparation from the end of your 9th standard. By that time you will already have some preparations for your board examination. I agree
with your fact that if you start preparing from now, then later on your pressure will be much less. But class 8 is also not very easy. So you to make your preparation to the best for your 8th standard examinations. Then next year you will have your board preparations. So first clear your board preparations for at least 8-10 months. Then after that you can start with your IIT JEE preparations. For IIT JEE it is best that you join some coaching center. Since you are so serious about the JEE, you must be understanding that the question pattern here is of objective type, with the system of negative marking included in it. So you need some guidance as to how to study and what to study exactly to get a good rank in JEE. For your board examinations, self preparation will be the best preparation and you do not need any coaching there. But for IIT JEE you will definitely need some expert guidance. You can start initially with physics books like that of H.C.Verma. You can continue with Chemistry book of P.W. Atkins. So now develop your routine.

cracking iitjee is a difficult challenge and it is a wise decision for you to start early...... try not to burden yourself or yield to the pressure of it.... since you are a class 8 student, i'll give you tips as per your capacity
1stly what syllabus do you belong to? if its state board, i'll recommend you to solve NCERT and ICSE books of maths physics and chemistry of your standard (8th).... you may take help of your elder brother, cousin, tutor, or your teachers at school... try not to pressurise yourself too much, just do what you can
give primary importance to your health
