As you had completed your Diploma course, and you want to do Civil Engineering course. So,here I am providing you the complete procedure for getting admission to Engineering course in Correspondence.

    >Firstly you had fill the Application form for the College in which you want to take admission in Engineering with Correspondence.
    >As you are a Diploma holder,so you are eligible to take admission in Engineering as Lateral entry, fir getting admission as Lateral entry you need to qualify the LEET(Lateral Entry in Engineering Test).LEET is a type of Engineering Entrance test for Diploma holders,LEET will make you eligible for direct admission to second year of Engineering.

    Eligibility conditions for LEET are:

-You must have passed your Diploma from a recognized Institute or any State Board of Technical Education.
-You must have completed your Diploma with minimum 60% marks without any backlogs pending.

    >As you want to do Engineering in Correspondence,so just have to appear in the LEET,your rank will not matter, just your appearance in LEET will matter, your rank in LEET will matter only if you want to do Engineering in regular mode.
    >After your Application form and appearance in LEET is verified you will get admission in the College.
    >Your notes and study material will be provided to you through mail or by post.
    >You just have to visit the College only during the exams time.

NOTE:The above criteria is valid only for Colleges/Universities which provide Engineering Course in Correspondence mode. You firstly need to confirm whether your College/University provides Engineering in Correspondence mode or not.
