    How should I prepare for JAVA CERT.SCJP 6 in order to crack this in the first attempt? When should I give this exam? Can I prepare myself without any test series or should I opt for the costly test series?

    Sir,
    I'm a final year student of B.tech in computer science, I'm doing java from one of the consultancies. I want to get certified with the java cert. SCJP 6. it costs around 6000/- rupees in india. i fear that i'll lost this big amount if i won't succeed in first attempt.
    kindly tell me how should i prepare for the same. How would i come to know that i should give the exam now.
    Is it necessary to buy the mock series online which costs around 3000/- or i'll be able to succeed without its help.
    i don't want to invest this extra 3000/- RS for the dums..
    please guide me..

    i completed B.E computer science in 2012.. i lose my campus interview...now i thought to write oracle certified exam in java...if i approach institute it wil cost around 30000..... i dont want to waste that much amount... whether i can crack that exam by my own .. or is it necessary to go for a institute... iam not that much talented in java ... i knw only the concepts which i learnt in my syllabus .... please guide me ... i was very much confused .....
