IAS is one of the toughest examination in India. For the preparation of Administrative Service you need minimum of 8- 10 hrs of study per day. It would be better if you join a coaching institutes for the preparation of IAS examination.

There is no Computer Science subject in the list of optional subjects for civil services main examination.

So, here are some of the optional subjects which will be good choice for you
    -Management
    -Physics
    -Psychology
    -Political Science
    -Public Administration etc.

Go through the syllabus for each and every subject and select the subjects where you have some previous knowledge.
